(WOWT) -- An Amber Alert from Waterloo Iowa has been cancelled. The child, vehicle and mother have been located.

An Amber Alert has been issued for Rashaun Graves, a 4-month-old black boy from Waterloo Iowa. The suspect vehicle is a gray 207 Nissan Sentra with an Oregon license plate 067JYL. The abductor is Sarah Nagy Brown, a 28-year-old white female. She is 5' 1" and 150 lbs with red blonde hair and blue eyes. If you see the suspect or vehicle call Waterloo Police with any at 319-291-4340.
The alert was issued at 9:30 a.m. and police believe the suspect is en route to Texas.
