Lisa Chesson’s two-year-old son, Colton, needed a kidney transplant, so she turned to social media for help. The Palm Beach Gardens, Florida mom’s post about searching for a donor was seen by 21-year-old Drew Schneider and she wanted to help.
Drew was tested and found to be a match for the toddler. They had a successful kidney transplant surgery on September 30th and they’re both on the road to recovery now and Colton’s family is beyond grateful.
