Woman Finds Missing Dog Thanks To Photo On Beer Can -A Minnesota woman whose dog disappeared three years ago has found her thanks to a photo on a beer can.
Monica Mathis’ pup Hazel ran away from the Iowa home in 2017. recently, Monica, who now lives in Minnesota, ran across an article about Motorworks Brewing in Mantee, Florida putting photos of local dogs up for adoption on their cans.
One of the cans featured in the story looked like Hazel. Mathis was stunned and said “Oh my gosh, that looks like my dog.” She reached out to Manatee County Animal Services and when the pup’s microchip was scanned, it came up being Hazel. Monica provided documentation and now the two are going to be reunited.
