Today we meet Chip. He is a 10 week old mix of Cocker Spaniel, Beagle, Boxer, Collie and get this...Saint Bernard. He loves to get around his house, but he has a condition know as Cerebellar Hypoplasia, which affects parts of the poor pups brain that controls his motor skills. Chip is also completely deaf, so that adds to the fun of having lil Chip around the house.
In true puppy form, that condition does not hold him back. He still runs and plays with his signature wobble. His owner even had a special wheelchair made to help Chip walk, however things didn't go as planned. He struggled with it a bit.
With all these medical issues it doesn't let Chip get down. His owners says, "Chip sleeps the majority of the day, so any chance to see him run, just melts me. His sweet, happy face can light up a room."
