Science Says Making Daily To-Do Lists Helps Ease Anxiety

If you listen to our show, you know that I suffer from anxiety and depression. It can cripple my day where I feel like the world is caving in on me 24/7. Well, for some reason, my anxiety was pretty high yesterday and got worse as the day progressed.I about broke.

I try to do meditation, relaxation techniques and I see a therapist quite regularly. I also find myself trying to find ways to help with this and Jorda Etkin, an associate professor of Marketing at Duke University came up with an idea for people like me. Here are the ideas he came up with. I hope they help you out!
