We all know how expensive wedding gowns are and how some brides are selfish or "bridezillas", well this bride is definitely NOT one of those.
Tina Nguyen got married last year in her dream dress, and now she’s hoping to do the same for other brides. Last week she offered to loan her $2,000 Paloma Blanca gown to other brides via a post on Facebook Marketplace. She decided to offer up her dress because she wanted to “just do something,” especially with so many brides having to navigate planning a wedding during a pandemic.
Getting her dress was actually the result of the kindness from an American family who had “adopted” her after she graduated from college. It was actually too expensive for her to buy but they helped her pay for the gown, so now she's paying it forward.
Tina titled her Facebook ad “The sisterhood of the traveling wedding dress” and so far “several” brides have contacted her about the offer.
