According to a new survey, 10% of pet owners plan to dress up their pets for Halloween this year, which translates to about 29 million people. As for what they’ll be dressing them as, the top costume is a pumpkin, followed by hot dogs, superheroes, cats and bumblebees.
And, just a reminder, if you are planning on dressing up your furbaby, introduce the costume to your pet prior to Halloween night. Putting a costume on them, may just stress them out. Also, make sure you allow free-movement in the costume so it doesn't restrict the dog's movement.
