There are always more facts to a story than we may know right away with it involves "criminal charges", however, this story from Fremont from WOWT
Channel 6 news, seems like this woman and her mom are taking care and finding homes for dogs other people have just discarded. It does not appear
that the dogs were hurt in any way, in fact, it appears they are cared for and loved while waiting for a forever home. Now, maybe that will not be the case,
