Cubs World Series Trophy Headed To Omaha

In just a few days pitchers and catchers will be reporting to spring training camp as Major League teams begin preparing for the 2017 season.

For Cubs fans, the celebration of the 2016 World Series title, the first for the team since 1908, will continue this Friday as the World Series trophy comes to Omaha.  The trophy will be at Westside High School from 3:30 pm until 5 pm.

The first 500 fans will receive a wristband and will be guaranteed a chance to see the trophy. Additional fans will be admitted if time allows. 

Fans can also see the trophy at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln on Friday from 8-9:30 a.m. and the Under Armour Factory House at Nebraska Crossing in Gretna from 12:00-1:30 p.m.
