Nebraska's last quads, The Jones quadruplets, were also born at the Methodist Women's Hospital.
The Smith babies are the third set of quadruplets born at the women's hospital since it opened in 2010.
The babies will get to go home with mom and dad in two to three weeks, where they will be helped by a large support system of family.
