(WOWT) - A few showers are possible through mid-morning then clouds clear out and we start heating up. Highs will return to the lower 90s with more humid conditions and mostly sunny skies. A line of strong to severe storms will press into the area after 6pm bringing damaging wind and large hail.
The worst of this line moves east of the area by around midnight with scattered showers and storms overnight. Lows fall into the mid 60s. On and off rain is expected Wednesday with highs in the 70s.
Rainfall amounts could exceed 3" in some spots by Thursday with more heavy rain expected Thursday night into Friday. Temperatures will cool off, however, back into the 60s by the end of the week.
