(WOWT) -- Early morning storms made a quick trip through the metro Friday with wind, rain and hail that cracked tree limbs, shattered glass and knocked out power.
One tree toppled near 35th and Howard landing on a BMW.
Another tree toppled at 41st and A streets. The limbs shattered a window and blocked the front door.
Our photographer on scene said it didn’t look like there was significant damage but there will be a lot of cleanup.
Be careful navigating the streets. These were familiar scenes in the wake of the storm Friday morning.
You’ll also want to watch out for high water. There has been sporadic street flooding.
Up to 450 people were without power in parts of Douglas and Sarpy counties.
