Huskers Beat Penn State, Get 22nd Win

The Nebraska basketball team came out hot and never looked back in a 76 to 64 win over Penn State Sunday afternoon at the Pinnacle Bank Arena.

The Huskers improved to a 22 and 9 record, with a 13 and 5 mark in the Big 10.  It's the most conferences wins in a season in school history, and didn't lose a home conference game, which hasn't happened since the 65-66 season.

The win gives the Huskers the fourth seed in this weeks Big Ten Tournament at Madison Square Garden in New York.  

The Huskers earned a double-bye and will play its first game in the quarterfinal round on Friday.  Friday's tip-off is set for approximately 1:30 (CT), and will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
