Salvation Army Responds To Central Iowa Tornadoes

Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Services personnel drove a truck loaded with cleaning supplies to tornado ravaged Marshalltown, Iowa, Friday afternoon.

Salvation Army officials are asking residents for donations of work gloves that will be included in clean-up kits that are being sent to central Iowa.

The best way to help tornado survivors and rescue workers is to make a financial donation. Monetary donations allow disaster responders to immediately meet the specific needs of storm victims.

Contributions to The Salvation Army’s relief work in Iowa can be made by donating.
