A little boy in Florida doesn’t want anything for his upcoming ninth birthday, he just wants to help others. Mark Effron, who 9, is the “kindness kid,” has been doing acts of kindness on his birthday since he was four, one for every year of his life. In the past he’s passed out gift cards at the grocery story and delivered flowers to schools and senior centers. So far this year, he’s handed out doughnuts to law enforcement and left free quarters on candy machines at the mall.Mark says, “I think people should be nice to each other.”
