The American Girl catalog is filled with pictures of adorable kids and their dolls, but in the latest edition, there’s one new model who’s getting a lot of attention. Ivy, a four-year-old with Down syndrome is featured in the catalog and it’s a big deal because there are not a lot of ads showing kids with Down syndrome.
