Stephen William Dale Shkuratoff is a member of the Facebook group Dogspotting Society and he made a special request. See, Stephen is blind and he wants to picture these dogs in his mind, but can't when they only submit pictures. Stephen made a simple request asking members to post descriptions of their dogs on Facebook and it was flooded with heartwarming responses.
