Ohio Police Let Drivers Pay Tickets With Canned Foods

A police department in Ohio is giving drivers a break this holiday season.The Bay Village Police Department is working with the Bay Food Ministry and will let people pay parking tickets with canned goods instead of money.Tickets up to $25 can be paid with nonperishable foods with one canned item equaling a $5 payment now through December 31st.This way, people get to keep their money and the food pantry gets stocked for the holidays. Talk about a win-win.
