Are ya gonna be mad if I support Peloton?

Peloton is getting hit with a lot of criticism about their holiday spot. I have to stand up for the company on this one. No, I do not own one. No, I've never used one. I have no horse in this race, only that I think we waste a lot of time being offended when maybe we should save it? The whole idea of "never buy your wife a vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, iron, or any other domestic product as a gift" is, quite frankly, stupid. To most of us, anyway. I LOVE keeping the vacuuming up. With dogs, you kind of have to. I would love a new vacuum any time. You want to make my job EASIER and I should be offended? Getting me something for the house AUTOMATICALLY means I am the ONLY one doing the housework? Should I not buy hubby a lawn mower, then? Exercise equipment? Same thing. If I ASK for something, who gets to decide if its wrong or right? As for the actress not PHYSICALLY changing much in a year? HOW DO YOU KNOW? (this is a commercial that was shot in probably a week, so THIS actress didn't change), however, does the outrage or offense come from the same place of fat shaming we see? MAYBE, just maybe, you can get stronger, healthier, happier all with out actually LOSING weight if you don't need to? Click here.
