It looks as if winter conditions are getting ready for spring flooding again in the Midwest.For the first time the National Weather Service is hosting public meetings to brief you about your flood risk.3 meetings will be held in Columbus, Norfolk and Fremont, Nebraska and one is schedule in southwest Iowa.

Norfolk:6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 27, Northeast Community College, 801 E. Benjamin Ave.
Sidney, Iowa:6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. March 5, United Faith Church, 1975 U.S. Highway 275.
