I LOVE corn beef and cabbage, but my husband does not prefer it. At all. So, I usually make it, only use half of the cabbage and end up freezing the rest of the roast for Rubens later. I mention all this to Montez and he said HE would eat Rex's portion! So I brought him some. But... it's ugly. I really considered not bringing it.
