A Lincoln man created the newest Runza using lego bricks.Adam Prochaska spent about 8 months constructing the detailed fast-food restaurant.The replica will be on display later this month during Brick Days, which is held at the Mid America Center in Council Bluffs starting the weekend of March 28th.Inside the brick display he paid homage to Omaha Native Gabrielle Union and her husband Dwayne Wade but it is missing one thing…THE RUNZA…due to Lego not making legos representing that beautiful meat pocket.
