We aren’t the only ones that suffer through seasonal allergies… our pooches can get them too.
You may not notice issues until your pup’s symptoms cause loss of hair or they bite themselves too much, so here’s what to look for:
- increased licking
- more scratching
- licking their paws
- weepy eyes
You want to try and control it before your dog gets an infection. Whatever you do, make sure you consult a vet before giving your dog medications or treatments. If the allergies are severe, they have tests to narrow down what the cause is.
The good news is, your pup will be feeling better not long after treatment starts.
