Boys Raise Money For Food Pantry By Making Dog Treats

A pair of 10-year-old best friends in Massachusetts have been busy in the kitchen for the last few months, but they’re not cooking up snacks for themselves. Daniel & Max have been creating the perfect homemade dog treats, baking them and delivering them to dog parents nearby.

The rising fifth graders started doing it as a way to keep busy, but now they’re running a thriving small business and have used their profits to help others. They split the money that comes in, with Daniel, Max, and the Milton Food Pantry each getting 30% and the other 10% goes to buy supplies. So far, they’ve made $400 worth of donations to the food pantry.
