The election is right around the corner and a family in Atlanta, Georgia received a voter registration application in the mail. Now, normally this would be okay, but the intended recipient of the application wasn’t able to vote. The reason, the application was it was addressed to Cody Tims, the family’s pet cat that died 12 years ago.You can’t make this stuff up folks! The Secretary of State’s Office said that it didn’t come from their office and that a 3rd party group often uses mailing lists to get names and addresses. Then they said, “If Cody had been alive, he wouldn’t have been able to vote if he showed up to the polls in November.”Reason why?Because he doesn’t have a license or State ID.
