Paris Williams is only six, but she’s already on a mission to help her community. She’s passionate about feeding the homeless and is starting her very own nonprofit, the Paris Cares Foundation. Did we mention she’s only in first grade?
With help from her parents, Paris has delivered over 500 care packages with food, drinks and other essentials to the homeless in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. Mom and Dad help with getting the goods, but this little girl fills each of her Paris Care Packages with a personal note or drawing.
She’s also donated more than 250 meals to essential workers and has plans to do more. Paris wants to have a hot food drive for the homeless this Thanksgiving and to raise money for toys for kids in need this Christmas and she’s selling masks and t-shirts to make it happen. She’s proving you’re never too young to make a difference and the world needs more people like Paris.
