Goat Yoga is in the area! YES!
Half Moon Yoga is holding goat yoga classes at Ditmar Farms in Council Bluffs. The goats roam around in the same area where you will 'attempting' to do your yoga poses. The goats climb around, on top of you, through your legs, wherever they want to go. The goats are used to laugh and have fun, plus get outside and get some exercise.
