This is not THE Bob bridge. This is a picture of A bridge. That said, I almost understand the "why should we care" mentality of the news that the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge was vandalized. Almost.
The world is in chaos. People are losing their minds with every bit of information that comes out on the health status of the world.
Cities are turning their backs on crime UNTHINKABLE just a COUPLE OF YEARS ago! So, why SHOULD we care about some dumb lights that won't be seen on the beautiful bridge that connects 2 great cities?
We should care BECAUSE of all of the above. We should care because if we don't, if we don't start paying attention to "small crimes" like this, it won't be long before the crime can no longer, or WILL no longer be contained. Stop these "small" criminal acts now and maybe, just maybe, crime won't come to you. Maybe.
