I know it may be stressful when you are faced with some kind of crisis or even minor inconvenience, but keep in mind there are terrible, unscrupulous, con men out there that want to part you with your money at every turn.
When you can, call a company you KNOW. A company that has been here for awhile. At least if you still have a problem, someone will answer the phone to help figure it out!
