WHY do we cry over pups in shelters when there are homes that would take them?
What is keeping them from adopting? Vet fees? Adoption fees? Many times, yes! I wonder if dog lovers that really can't have a pup gave to a pot that could be used to re-home these beautiful sad animals when the person adopting can't cover all the fees? A bank of money they could tap in to when the adoption fees are SO DAMN HIGH and the Vet bills can destroy a budget??
I doubt it. The management of the funds, I'm sure, would break the bank. Unless someone truly caring handled that, too. For free.
