Sure, it looks great when you're buying a house with an HOA. Everyone must follow the rules. Houses will be kept up and you won't have to worry about the folks who have broken down cars or RV's or boats sitting in the driveway forever... or dead grass?? TINY dents in the garage door????? A dirty mailbox???? Seriously? Yes, that is what is REALLY behind MANY HOAs. Power. And the HOA's attorney? It seems he's saying, well, wasn't his fault she spent 7 days in jail. Maybe it was not TECHNICALLY his fault, but that attorney DID ask the judge to keep her there. HOAs. Gross.
