Volunteers Rehab House For Homeless Veteran

A Marine Corp veteran in Louisville, Kentucky now has a place to call home, thanks to a group of caring volunteers. Torre Harris had become homeless after an accident left him unable to work. He eventually got hired to rehab abandoned houses and he was encouraged to apply to get one of the homes through Operation Victory.

Volunteers spent six months rehabbing the house, taking what was once filled with garbage and dirt and turning it into a home for this vet. Harris says he has been blown away by the kindness shown to him by those that helped him with his new house.
