We Care: Here's how to help our neighbors!

Our disaster-relief teams have been at work in the Omaha metro and in the Lincoln area this evening – assisting those affected by today’s severe weather, as well as supporting first responders. Our effort to help communities hit by the storms is just beginning. You can donate online and help storm victims by clicking HERE

We are also planning to open our west Omaha donation center -- in the parking lot of Brite Ideas Decorating at 156th & Blondo – tomorrow (4/27) to take in material donations starting at 9 AM. We’d be grateful for donations of bottled water, Gatorade, and cleaning supplies to support our disaster-relief effort. We send a special thanks to our friends at Brite Ideas for their support of that endeavor.

From Mayor Jean Stothert
